Mark is a sought-after public speaker, international management expert, globally recognized technology visionary, leading analyst on globalization, and author of Six Billon Minds: Global Outsourcing in the Knowledge Economy and The CTO Handbook: The Indispensable Technology Leadership Resource (Aspatore Books). Mark is also a contributing author of Winning 3-Legged Race: When Business and Technology Run Together (Prentice Hall). He has also authored a recently released very popular Global Outsourcing Report by Ziff Davis - CIO Insight. He is an influential authority on the CIO/CTO community, globalization, innovation, technology, and strategic outsourcing. For MNCs and international organizations, Mark uses his domain expertise in the area of globalization, innovation, outsourcing strategy for research, publications and strategic customer engagements.

Mark is a founder and Chairman of Global Foundation for Sustainability of Billions of Minds. He has founded Global Leadership/Industry Council that consists of a " who's who" of senior corporate executives, thought leaders, former government officials, and members of the investment community.

Mark served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief Strategy Officer of Enamics/BTM Corporation, where he led the development of the company's business strategy and was responsible for the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities globally, whether they be through internal development, mergers, acquisitions, investments, partnerships, alliances, and/or joint ventures.

Mr.Minevich was an IBM executive, CTO and senior strategist of the IBM Next Generation Group, where, among his many accomplishments, he formulated the strategy for IBM's Venture Capital, Incubator Innovation and Going Global programs. He identified and created opportunity roadmaps for investment, venture capital, incubation, and strategic partnerships resulting in $2 billion in revenue over 24 months, and provided coaching to over 100 portfolio startups. Throughout his career, Mark has served as a CTO and a strategist for several public and private companies. He has guided investments in venture opportunities that serve the strategic, portfolio, and growth ambitions of IBM partners and clients.

During his tenure at USWEB/CKS, he was Global CTO, managing operational infrastructure, development methodology, and technical resources. He was responsible for leading the business and technical strategy throughout the organization. He led the implementation of multiple, high profile e-business technical solutions. Prior to USWEB/CKS, he has held a number of technology and strategic management positions within VitaSave, Qwest communications, Geotek Communications, Hoffmann La Roche, and Comcast. His entrepreneurial nature has led him to be a founding member in companies such as VitaSave, Silicon Jersey, and Club Mom, for which he played an integral role in raising $50m in funding.

Minevich has advised the U.S. government on innovation as well as bilateral relationships with emerging economies such as Russia. Mark serves on various boards of directors and/or advisory boards across the world addressing issues related to globalization and outsourcing, as well as serving as a Chair for International Leadership Missions and Events with Chief Executives.

Over the years, Mr. Minevich's customers included the some of the largest MNCs such as IBM, World Bank, Bear Stearns, Hughes, Comcast Cablevision, Microsoft, Qwest, Thomson Financial Services, Hoffmann La Roche, Schering Plough, and more.

Mr. Minevich is associated and involved with Private Investors, International Private Equity Buyout firms, and Venture Capital companies. He contributed to the IBM Global Innovation Outlook program , international workshops and the annual IBM innovation symposium. He is a sought-after public speaker, moderator, and a host at internationally renowned global events, government programs, C-Level Roundtables, technology conferences, and symposiums.
