Mark served as a technology and strategy consultant advisor to Deutsche Bank Sr. Managing Directors in Investment Banking and Asset Management. At IBM, Mark was a Strategy Executive and CTO, and among Mark's many accomplishments, he formulated the strategy for Venture Capital, Innovation and Going Global programs. The experience at IBM has given Mark unique opportunities to develop roadmaps for investment,venture capital, incubation, and strategic partnerships resulting in $2 billion in revenue over 24 months,provided coaching to over 100 portfolio startups, and to build bridges with venture capital and private equity community. He has guided investments in venture opportunities that serve the strategic, portfolio, and growth ambitions of IBM partners and clients.
Previously, Mark has served as a Co-Chair and Chief Strategy Officer of Business Technology Management Institute and BTM Solutions group with Dr. Michael Nobel of Nobel Prize Family, Harriet Fulbright, Vint Cerf and other members of Who's Who around the world with a focus on Business and Technology Management, and specifically created a global peer to peer social network.

Throughout his career, he has served as a CTO, innovator and a strategist for several public and private companies. During his tenure at USWEB/CKS, he was Global CTO, managing operational infrastructure, development methodology, and technical resources. He was responsible for leading the business and technical strategy throughout the organization. He led the implementation of multiple, high profile e-business technical solutions. Prior to USWEB/CKS, he has held a number of technology and strategic management positions within VitaSave, Qwest communications, Geotek Communications, Hoffmann La Roche, and Comcast. His entrepreneurial nature has led him to be a founding member in companies such as VitaSave,Silicon Jersey, and Club Mom, for which he played an integral role in raising $50m in funding.

Minevich has advised the U.S. government on innovation as well as bilateral relationships with emerging economies such as Russia and Ukraine. Mark provides expert testimony to the committee of National Research Council, National Academy of Science and Dept of Defense intelligence on future scenarios, emerging markets, global risks, outsourcing and innovation Most recently, Mark co-organized and hosted a foreign policy debate with world leaders, senators and members of Club of Madrid, key leaders of Democratic Party as well as current Obama Administration at Democratic National Convention in Denver,Colorado.
